Service Guides
1. Information, medical, guide and paging services are available in the Tourist Reception Center and Medical Service Center at the east gate. Strollers, wheelchairs and walking sticks for children, people with disabilities and seniors are available in the Tourist Reception Center.
II. Accommodation, catering, tea and cards are available in Xifuhui, Guizhutang, Qile Resort, and Ziranju.
III. Adventurous World, Fairy Tale World, Leisure World and various amusement services are available in Bashu Amusement Park.
IV. Electric bus, horse riding, jampan, sedan chair and other services are available from Wanjuan Tower to Kaihan Tower and the cableway to the mountain is set at the east gate of Qile Mountain.
V. Specialty products and souvenirs are sold in the shopping center at the east gate of Wanjuan Tower. The books regarding the culture of the Three Kingdoms are sold in the Room of the Books Regarding the Three Kingdoms in Wanjuan Tower.
VI. Calls can be made in the Scenic Area via mobiles. IC telephones are set at the gates of Kaihan Tower and Wanjuan Tower. The manual telephone is set in the scenic area and the postal service is available at the east gate of Wanjuan Tower.

Promotion and Inquiry Services of Tourist Center
I. The signboards shall be beautiful, eye-catching and standard.
II. The staff shall hold employee's cards, dress properly and behave well.
III. The staff shall wear employee's cards, dress properly and behave well.
IV. The Tourist Center shall be kept clean and tidy.
V. The staff shall make an explanation to the tourists about their consultancy and opinions with great care and patience.
VI. The staff shall shore up the image of the Scenic Area, make an effort for the promotion, keep the order and guide the tourists to enter the Scenic Area in a polite manner.
Interpretation Service
I. The Guide Department provides interpretation and guide services to tourists.
II. Fee is charged for the service of interpreting the main attractions along the main road of the Scenic Area.
III. The fee for interpreting Wanjuan Tower, Kaihan Tower and Qile Mountain in Xishan Scenic Area is RMB 100 respectively each time.
IV. The rent of one audio guide for Xishan Scenic Area is RMB 50 each time, and the figure becomes RMB 20 for Wanjuan Tower, Kaihan Tower and Qile Mountain respectively each time.
Acceptance of Tourist Complaints
I. The Tourist Center is staffed with full-time information and complaints service personnel; a complaint mailbox is set up outside the scenic area and the complaints telephone number is announced to the tourists.
II. The information and complaints service personnel are responsible for accepting and handling with the complaints and shall carefully listen to the tourists and make records properly.
III. The information and complaints service personnel will immediately report the tourist complaints to the person in charge of the related department according to the functions who will settle the complaints; the complaints relating with comprehensive problems shall be reported to the leaders of the scenic area who will organize to settle them.
IV. The settlement results of complaints must be notified to the tourists in a timely manner and interpretation shall be made to the tourists as for unsolvable complaints.
V. The complaints relating to other departments outside Xishan Scenic Area shall be informed to Municipal Tourism Bureau, Public Security, Administration for Industry and Commerce for settlement.
